What is the energy...?

I feel I have outgrown the monthly Tarot analysis, because I live on a daily basis, more and more from moment to moment, so why would I do this to you...?

But, I will show you quickly how I have done it, and thereby, once again I support my own philosophy of "Do it yourself!" and my true belief of "What I can You can!"

9 The Hermit

For example, January 2006:

01 - 2006
the month is a 2-digit number and the year is a 4-digit number. Because of my great desire for symmetry, I first minimize the year by building the cross sum:
2 + 0 + 0 + 6 = 8, that leaves us with the numbers:
1 (for the month) and 8 (for the year)
and then I build the cross sum of both:
1 + 8 = 9
Now read all you can find related to the number 9; in Tarot, Numerology, the Kabbala, or even the Bible, and "translate" this information into a frame of reference for the month. It can't be easier...:-)

February 2 + 8 = 10
March 3 + 8 = 11
April 4 + 8 = 12
May 5 + 8 = 13
June 6 +8 = 14
July 7 + 8 = 15
August 8 + 8 = 16
September 9 + 8 = 17
October 10 + 8 = 18
November 11 + 8 = 19
December 12 + 8 = 20

 

After all these years you would think I know everything about the numbers, especially the number 9 (since it's my personality and soul number), but the truth is:
every time I work with the numbers I learn something new, or get a new insight or inspiration about it. My pool of knowledge and wisdom is growing, and, I expect this to be an infinite process.

Having said this, what makes you thinking a "ready to consume" monthly analysis, horoscope or psychic reading is going to benefit you? Aren't you scared I could tell you something untrue or irritating, which, unfortunately could stick in your head and may influence you in non-beneficial ways?
You should!

I say "TOMATO" to you, and immediately you have seen (and probably still do) with help of your imagination a somewhat round, red thing in your mind - the tomato is now in your head; this is just the way how the human brain works, and there is nothing you can do about it! Once it's said, or written and sent, it can't be undone.

I myself don't read other's tarot or astrology predictions, so, again I ask myself why am I doing this to you? and decided that it's never too late to learn and change...:-)

If I ever pull a card, which I haven't done in a long time, it will be on the end of that day, or event, to compare it with the card. This can be an interesting way of analyzing and reflecting on actions and reactions, not to mention the entertaining component of self-improvement through self-realization. I do not recommend, and never have, to use the cards (or Astrology, or I-Ging, or Runes, or whatever technique) to make decisions for the future. If these techniques have a purpose, then it is to help remembering and reactivating all our forgotten intuitive skills and those skills beyond the obvious. Once the trust in our basic divine capacities is gained back, the cosmic joke is discovered, and the more we understand about who we really are, the interest in cards and all other techniques of this nature will automatically fade away. There comes a point were the pulled card is just an entertaining confirmation for what we've known anyway - still impressive though!

So, this letter not only informs you about the fact that I have given up the monthly Tarot and Number analysis, but also to tell you that I will not pressure myself any longer with the self-imposed due date "every first of the month". It might be that there will be 12 newsletters per year, but it also might be that there will be only 6 or less issues. I hope and wish to create inspiring letters in future, and I also desire change and growth... let's see what I can come up with and where it's guiding me...:-)

Only a fool will do over and over again the same things expecting different outcomes...:-)
