What is the energy of June 2005
August 2005 is associated with the energy of the number 15.
In the Tarot it is represented by the card "The Devil", the principle of Mirth / Humor at what "Bedevils" us. It is about the freedom to look at all your "bedeviled" behaviors and patterns - to see, free of any judgment, what your motivations are behind every action and reaction, and if it is less than divine, treat it with humor -- because change can only happen from a place of acceptance and kindness.
It is also about taboos. Who says, you can't talk freely about Sex, about Death, about Addictions, about strange Desires, or about the Devil? Let go of taboos, ignore these false social rules, and face the facts. By shining light onto all hidden motivations and thoughts, they no longer can remain "dark". Talk about those things which really concern or scare you - the dark can only grow where it is kept in the dark. And, denial doesn't solve problems, only the courage to "look the devil straight into the eyes".
No matter what you think about yourself, you are NOT alone with this - there is no such thing as exclusive patterns or behaviors for just one being! There is nothing what you think or do what hasn't been thought or done before! Open up, trust that you are not alone but "al-one", face and acknowledge your patterns, one by one, with love and humor, and let them go - and you will see how many others will follow your example.
Somebody had to speak it out aloud...
Did you know that people from early antiquity generally believed the world was as a flat disk floating in the ocean, but by the time of Pliny the Elder (23-79, 1st century) its spherical shape was generally acknowledged. The idea of a spherical Earth was espoused by Pythagoras (582-496 BC). Aristotle (384-322 BC) provided the physical evidence for the spherical Earth.
Somebody must have wondered if earth is really a disk, and thereby doubting the entire social and religious system at that time; somebody must have put this into a question; somebody must have had the courage to speak it out aloud...
Did you know that Nicolaus Copernicus (1473 ï 1543) was a Polish astronomer, mathematician and economist who developed the heliocentric (Sun-centered) theory of the solar system, turning over the traditional geocentric theory (that placed Earth at the center of the Universe). This is considered one of the most important discoveries ever, and is the fundamental starting point of modern astronomy and modern science itself, it inaugurated the scientific revolution.
Somebody must have wondered about the disk theory, and thereby doubting the entire social and scientific system at that time; somebody must have put this into a question; somebody must have had the courage to speak it out aloud...
Did you know it wasn't until 1920 that the 19th Amendment to the Constitution of the USA, granting women the right to vote, was passed?
Somebody must have wondered why women don't vote, and thereby doubting the entire social and political system at that time; somebody must have put this into a question; somebody must have had the courage to speak it out aloud...
Do you have a repeating unique thought, something you never have heard before?
You should speak it out aloud, otherwise you will never know if it was an illusion ready to let go, or a history changing epiphany.
Every 1000-mile-walk starts with a single step.
Spirit's Jokes with me
"EVERYBODY... HELP!"
Talk about addictions...
On July 20th 2005 I quit smoking! Yup. After 37 years smoking it crossed my mind that I have had ultimately more than enough!
Although, there was an attempt to quit smoking in 1982. I had developed my own system to cut down every day on cigarettes. A nicely made piece of paper, fitting into the cigarette box, with an inner circle and 12 dividers for the day hours, and an outer circle with 12 hours for the night. I controlled my smoking and did bookkeeping about all my cigarettes: for every cigarette a line at the right hour. So far so good, from 25+ cigarettes down to 1 a day. And when the zero-day arrived, I somehow ended up with a new carton... umh... how could that happen?
No other attempts have been started until 2000. With the book "Allan Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking" I succeeded. For almost 4 months! And it was so amazingly easy. Unfortunately then I got angry, I mean really angry... oops, what a lame excuse... and again I was smoking for the following 5 years... how is this possible?
Well, all that had to happen because in both cases I forced myself to quit smoking, I thought "I must quit" because it's the smart thing to do - and this is why those attempts were to no avail.
This time I have corrected my mind set, adjusted my thinking, and followed "Allen Carr" to the letter, because for me, he has the only logical approach...: be happy to be free, right from the first day. No will power! No medication!!! Especially not nicotine, because this is what I wish to fight!!! No substitutes!!! It's not necessary when your mind set is right.
It worked for me - second time now - and this time I am so smart that I commit with joy: never ever again another cigarette nor even a puff!
BUT, I had to learn how to face, acknowledge and accept withdrawal pangs simply as what they are: cute painless nicotine withdrawal attacks, which deserve a smile and then let them go. So it happened on my second quit day. I was sitting in my car, which was the only "space with a roof", with either heat or air condition, music, and some sort of comfort, where I have smoked so many of these illusion stickers. As all of the sudden a bad urge to smoke ran through me... I couldn't find my list of positive thoughts... and I almost felt like loosing it, like becoming weak... I had nothing else in my brain as "smoking, smoking, smoking" and no spontaneous idea how to break this pattern... when I looked through the screen into the sky and screamed out loud:
"EVERYBODY... HELP!"
It was intense. I meant it. I really wanted help!
And one second later I got help from just about EVERYBODY. The energy push was so strong, that it blew my fuses...
St. Germain, Jesus, Buddha, Mohamed, Mother Mary.. just name it... everybody stopped by and sent down some loving, helping energy. The entire heavenly company seemed to fire light-shots on and through my physical appearance. Countless guardian angels, on their way to other people in real need, stopped for just a brief moment, turned around, dropped their suitcases, and threw down their energy, too, before they went back to their mission.
Holy smoke!
Tears were running while grinning in bliss, accompanied by some sort of silly laughter, and my car drove the next 4 or 5 blocks on auto pilot...:-)
You know that I am exaggerating a little bit, don't you? Of course not everybody was sending energy, but it sure felt like it... and I know with certainty that Spirit was jumping on this opportunity to make fun about me again. Spirit knows my English is far from perfect, Spirit knows that I meant "somebody" and not "everybody", and Spirit "fights the devil with humor", no doubt!
Needless to say, that my asking for help brought all the help (and more) I needed... but, I have to watch out what excatly I wish for...:-)
If you are a smoker, and you want to quit too, you can do it, easy, no doubt!
When I can you can!
Right now I am sharing my experiences on http://co.quitnet.com with the user name: adonim. And of course I started there a user group (club) with the title "~ An easy way to stop smoking ~", which is naturally not much visited, a. because it's still young, and b. because who believes anyway that quit smoking could possibliy be easy... do you?
Is there a technique to break patterns?
There are so many that I can't count it. I am aware that there is not one answer for everybody, but I can share with you what works for me, for all kind of patterns so far, hoping that someone can use it, and that is in short:
- to acknowledge the pattern without fear, anger, shame or any other negative emotion, but like a neutral observer "hmm, so so, this is what it is...!"
- to be gentle with the brain, but let it (my mind) know that I understand how this pattern works and to explain with all due respect, that it's time to let it go
- to not react spontaneous when the pattern is triggered, but
- to stop, stand still and take a deep breath to gain time
- to start activating the right thoughts
- to be grateful and enjoy every discovered and kicked pattern
- knowing that everything happens at the right time in the right space, I am ready whenever I am ready

A Poem
Everyday is a Gift
Everyday is a gift in the journey we all undertake.
Do what needs to be done, but don‚t rush, you will not be late.
Seize the opportunities that come your way.
There is much joy. You are here today.
Say a silent prayer for those around you that cause you strife.
It will come back to them. This is the eternal law of life.
Give thanks for the joy and laughter around you.
You will be blessed and they will be blessed. These words are forever true.
Each obstacle that comes our way is a challenge to our will.
The divine creative spirit will never be still.
Whatever comes our way, there is but an alternative path.
Walk down that road and have a good laugh.
Be kind to those around you today.
They are travelers to, listen to what they say.

In June I dumped my tv, in July I dumped my nicotine addiction... gee, WHAT will she do in August...??
Much Love and Light in Oneness,
