What energy carries March 2004 March 2004 is associated with the energy of the number 9. Letting go To finish or to complete a task sometimes can be as simple as "letting go" of something. Yet as simple as it sounds, it is probably one of the more complicated tasks of all. HOW do I let go what doesn't serve any longer? How do I let go a relationship which I have grown out of? How do I let go patterns and behaviors which I know are not appropriate any longer? Or as practical as: how do I stop smoking? It starts with desire, the heart's desire to let go. And in order to come to this place of desire it requires the deeper understanding of the issue itself. Number 9 has the perfect energy to help with penetrating and analyzing a situation and to make the appropriate conclusion. With other words: when you are ready to let go, then you will be able to let go! You can't force yourself to let go of something just because you think to do so, or because a friend has done the same step. It might work that way for a brief moment of time, but without the deeper understanding, it will not last. Contemplation and introspection could be the keys to success. Once we fully understand WHY we act and react in certain ways, we surely can make the choice NOT to do it any longer. Once we fully understand a certain (undesired) behavior or pattern, we can even laugh out loud about ourselves, and then decide to let it go in peace - and that will be with ease and grace! As well as with big laughter....! Those of you who already have been struck by the "great cosmic joke", the epiphany about how this world of illusions is structured, laughing hard over days about yourself, know what I am trying to say... Truly understanding about our self is like looking into the mirror without the colorful tinted glasses of our little ego. Hmmm... that's me? Wow... that's how I really look like? Gee... wonder how I could get along with this? " Know Thyself" means one thing, and the acknowledgment of our ego-custume, our self-imposed social role and our outdoor-mask means another thing. " Know Thyself" is relatively easy to grasp: it is the Light within you, it is the pure essence of who you really are, the sparkle of God possessing this body you wear, it is the soul, the pure beauty and joy, it is the innocent lust to be. The acknowledgment of the ego-custume takes a little bit more courage, because it is the sum of all environmental, parental, and social rules which we have taken on, consciously or unconsciously, or which we are fighting with. From birth until now, all these years of training in what, how, why, when we are supposed to do this, that, those, plus all the judgmental rules about right, wrong, can do, can't do, have transformed most of us, while growing up, into internal insecure creatures depending on (or fighting with) more and more rules to come, in order to mange this earthly life. Who has made these rules anyway? (rhetorical...:-) And here we are, finding ourselves in a position with the need to re-fine ourselves, re-evaluate our beliefs and thoughtforms, and strengthen the ability to trust from within. Or with other words: being on the path of spiritual awakening and spiritual growth. One important step could be to figure out: what is really "me" and what is an adopted behavior, pattern or opinion from the environment.
One more remark: the "adopted social mask" is NOT you! The pure You, the I AM that I AM, can NOT be unhappy, weird, lonely, frustrated, angry, hurt, mean, bitter, hateful, unforgiving (and other attitudes of this nature), because the "true you", your Soul, is pure Bliss - these attitudes are nothing but the results created through the so-called ego. The good news is: you can change your ego-custume any time, like real clothes, if they don't fit any longer just put on new clothes. Let go of the old clothes, which you don't need or like, with gratefulness and joy, and embrace the new outfit...:-) Do you like these thoughts? Awaken Vow Break
Under the Law of Grace and by the Decree of Victory! This vow break is taken, with permission, from the book "What is Lightbody?" There are many phrases that can be used as a vow break, - this is one I like and it is existing already...:-) but you can write your own for your special needs. You could write it on a nice piece of paper, light up a candle, read this vow to yourself and the universe, and then burn that paper and let God do the rest. Or unfold your creativity and create your own ceremony around this little but effective tool. Important is, as always, your intend and true heart desire. Something to smile Spirit's jokes with me. At first, I started this mailing with a completely different theme. But the first paragraph, as long as it took, didn't want to make sense to myself, so I deleted half of the words, and added others. And I deleted and I added..... and it was just not good enough what I had in my mind, until I surrendered, thinking "ok, fine, then I just let it go... and maybe there will be no newsletter this month..". Gee, and there it was: letting go. After finishing the article, writing it all at once, easy and in the flow, I gave it to a dear friend to check my grammar (which was not bad at all...:-) and we started talking about this article. When I immigrated into this wonderful vast country (my heart is in Denver..:-), I left a very wealthy career behind me. Just so. In a twinkle of an eye I broke up all connections and contracts, and followed my heart's call to start a brand new life, fully dedicated to God and lightwork. Well, the last 4 years have not been easy, and I say this without any regret, just in thankfulness for all what happened to me! Nevertheless, the immigration process has turned out to be pretty difficult, and the need to prove American tax returns to the INS has changed my life into a drastically different direction. My financial resources have been eaten up over time, and every once in a while I am thinking: "oh well, I still can start over again with my old career. It is hard, but at least I would know what I am doing". I kept this possibility as a backup plan, and I still carry this backup plan. But, in reality this is NOT a good plan, as my friend and I figured out. She said it plain the way it is: "As long as you tell the universe, that you are willing to do this hard thing again for a living, so long you will disconnect yourself from the stream of other possibilities coming in! - How can you expect to get new opportunities in your life, if you don't let go of the old way!" Sometimes Spirit takes it's fun with us so far, that we are enabled to explain to somebody the very thing we need to acknowledge ourselves.... I JUST LOVE IT! So, I keep doing what I really love to do, because I know, this is what the universe will support. And I will join once again the club with all those, who like to release and to let go some vows this month...:-) And as you already have figured out, I like playing with numbers, so I have picked 3 potential days for my own vow break ceremony, because they all sum up to 9...;-) Love and Light in Oneness, |
