Hello,

The common question is "Why me?"

Well, I hate to say this -- and I said it to myself -- everything in your life YOU DID TO YOURSELF! And it is only when you finally realize that you can go about fixing it. The longest road and the more difficult block is getting to the point that you BELIEVE IT/KNOW IT. Once you get to that point, you can start doing something about it.

We are the creators of our experience! No one else is doing it to us. We are not victims, unless we want to be. It is the most simple and most difficult thing at the same time. YOU MAKE THE CHOICE AND THAT DETERMINES YOUR LIFE EXPERIENCE. In every moment, YOU MAKE THE CHOICE. If you do not like your life experience, take a look at your choices (or non-choices, which is choosing for what is). Your thoughts are making choices for you all the time. Monitor those thoughts and if you do not like them, choose different thoughts.

Once you start to choose different thoughts, to make different choices, you start along a different path or game. And as you start along this different path/game, then you will be presented with more choices that you would have had on the old path/game.

Remember, our life experience is about journeying this path or playing this game. And, here is a little secret: Make those choices that make you FEEL GOOD.
